Huzzah! BlueFire has setup a page on their site that you can visit with your Kindle Fire to get BlueFire Reader installed. We’d been telling people that it was a semi-complicated process, which it was, involving cables, another Android device and a more powerful, but free, file browser app.
Now you can just go here to get Adobe ID capable ebook reading on your Amazon Fire.
To quote BlueFire:
Several months ago we released Bluefire Reader for Android. While the app is available in the Amazon App Store for Android, it’s not available in the Kindle Fire App Store. Amazon has blocked most third-party ebook apps. We think that’s a shame and wanted to make Bluefire Reader available for you to download to your Kindle Fire.

Via Flickr:The Kindle Fire arrived for testing today. (We bought it…no freebies for us.)
So, it turns out we are getting a Fire…and already have. It will help us with some testing and let us know if we’re going to be able to sell our ebooks to Fire owners, or how many hoops they’ll have to jump through to get ‘em…
Thanks, Amazon, for being like that.
In any case, not seeing much beyond a faster processor that’s making it any better than the old first-gen nook Color.
Of course, the nook Color, having an SD slot, is easier to make “dual boot” into an unlocked Android image.
Amped up nook Color and new nook Tablet (even more amped up version of same…with a microphone too) come out tomorrow.
Hey, you. Yeah, you. Want to use the Android SDK and ADB to tweak your Kindle Fire. One command (or one line in your favorite text editor) and you’re golden.
