A quick break from my training to post this. My biggest “why?” comes from Cheap Trick’s 5-neck guitar. I mean…really? 12-string, 6-string stationary, 6-string whammy, 6-string stationary (again), 6-string fretless. Why not just, I don’t know, change guitars? (I know why Steve Vai has a three-necked guitar, OK? He’s Steve Vai. There is no better reason where guitars are concerned.)
